What size top box

Post by willie5094 »

Hi guys, what size top box does everyone have on their PCX 125, just wondering what size would look ok without being to obtrusive. Also what rack does everyone have in the UK, looks like we can only get the GIVI SR1136 Rack.

I used to have a 30 litre Givi E300 and it looked about right for size.

The Givi rack is just a pair of mounts which the plate supplied with the topbox attaches to.
Shad also do a mount kit but from the pictures it looks exactly like the Givi one.

Cheers for that gn2, do you think a slightly larger capacity would look ok on the PCX, I'm really undecided.

Me personally I don't like the bigger ones on small scooters, but its really about what you think.
A 30litre is big enough to store a helmet and gloves and some other bits and bobs.

I have SHAD SH39, 39l case with white top panel and backrest. It fit on Honda 08L70-KZY-910 rack. I can fit there one modular and one open helmet and some accessories inside helmets, or modular helmet and motorcycle jacket or trousers with gloves.

Looks good kajatierik and doesn't seem to obtrusive, I ordered the Givi E370 and the SR1136 rack from Motcard so should be roughly the same look on my scoot.

Cool! Can't get that Ermax here. I like the looks of that Ermax better than my Givi medium.

My E370 top box and SR1136 rack arrived today from Motocard at a price of £87.24 delivered, £13 cheaper than Amazon and fitted it in 20 mins, looks fab on scooter. If anyone wants pics let me know.
