I can confirm that the accessories are the same.
I've ordered a Givi E370N monolock topbox, the Givi E231 plate (specific for Honda PCX), and the Fabbri exclusive screen and i had no problems with installing them.

Looks good Did the backbox come with that backrest?

The backrest is an additional option for the Givi topboxes, I think it's around $30 to add.

Looks good but that's a lot for a piece of rubber

Suppose it would depend on how often you took a passenger

I ride 2-up regularly. If I liked the way topcases looked, I'd have one instead of my rear rack, and a backrest would be necessary. Riding on the back with a backrest is a lot more comfortable than without. :)

Yeah, I suppose it's expensive for a piece of rubber but cheap for a pillion backrest

Maddiedog,
You have me about sold on the Givi D323DT. That is the one you have installed now correct? How is the hand protection?...I am going to use it all winter long. With my 2013 150, I assume I will be ordering the D323KIT right away. I am only 5'8"; could this windshield be overkill for me? Taking a wild guess, do you think this shield will hurt my mpgs? Can you give me a picture direct on from the front with the bike on the center stand?

Yup! It's awesome. The hand protection is ok, your hands still will get hit with weather -- just less rain.

I ended up taking off the 323KIT, the mirrors barely bonk the windshield when the steering is fully locked, so I left them off. If you find you need them and are in the USA, I'll send you mine (you pay shipping).

I'm not sure if it would be overkill. I'm 5'10" and look over it, so you may be looking through it. I don't consider that a problem, but it might be something that is against your preferences. I don't mind looking through windshields on bikes, so I wouldn't mind if my 323DT was even taller.

I get better MPG than most on my PCX (look in my signature, that's US mpg, not UK mpg), so I think it either helps or I drive too much like grandma.

I've tried to order the Givi D323DT and it's on back order with 2 different sources. Neither pca-one.com nor tourandride.com have it currently. Anyone have any other ideas?

Does anyone know if the exhaust for the 150 is the same as the 125. Thanks

Probably not.
There are two different PCX 125 engines now, the original and the eSP.
AFAIK the eSP 150 has a different barrel to the eSP 125 so there might be a small difference.
