Really quick (i hope) question, does anyone know the maximum draw you could put on the bike for an external device? Sounds cryptic but i'm wondering as i want to put speakers on my bike and am wondering what amp i could run. I have a 2013 125 esp model.
Thanks! :-)

You could run something Bluetooth and avoid the current draw? Depends on the sound volume you need.

Run something bluetooth? The audio will be supplied to the amp from my iphone via a headphone jack. Really i'm looking at going all out spl bass as one of my friends has said i'd never do it. :-) i was looking at either 4x 3"long throw subs and 1x mid or just go and roll out a 6inch sub and some components.

I do have my BOSE system i was going to re-work into it and was hoping to run approx 100w rms per channel on a 2 chan amp

OK. I didn't know how much of a rolling irritation you wanted to be. No, tbh, the PCXs charging system probably wouln't cope and you need a Corsa, no matter how aspirational that seems at the moment

Haha!
I'm quite happy with the Landrover and Subaru for now.

I'm not wanting to be a rolling irritation however i want something to show off at the car shows i attend.

Does anyone know if 200w would be too much? or shall i limit myself to 100w total?

The normal 'older' battery is about 6AH, so 100W is way over the top without anything else the scooter needs to be a scooter. 6AH/12v = 72W's! Uprated batteries with a charging circuit to cope is still far short.

ok so a lot less than 100W lol. Would it make any difference if i have the bike running at the same time or should i look into split charging systems etc?
I have seen i can get 14Ah 12v motorcycle batteries....
I guess the question is how far do i go?
