Saw that, looks good and the price certainly is right. Would do it but I already have a Daytona variator.

Price is right, but their chart only shows a 5mph gain. That's on a 125 of course, but my NCY setup gets 10-11mph gain. SHipping is going to eat up any cost savings unless you order over $500 in parts.

Great deal for vario, face, and rollers. Too bad it's in Japan. Shipping is expensive. The 1.8 second advantage 0-100 kph was just a result of changing to lighter rollers. My original parts are whipped after 17,000 so I am in the market for a new vario and belt but need to get something which is in stock in the USA. I will probably just go with the factory parts and tune them with new sliders even though my old sliders look like they could just be cleaned off and reused.
