Trail for his & hers scooter

Post by Eddie »

Love the scoot!

zoot, scout riot!!!! :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek:

I am running out of picturesque rides when leaving from my house without scooting for a few hours.

Solution: I ordered the Kendon Folding and Stand-Up combo trailer (http://www.kendonusa.com) for the wife & I. We will soon be able to explore new frontiers! (queue Star-Trek theme)

Ordered last week, can't wait!!!

If you can put 2 scooters on that, please take a picture once they are loaded. I would be interested in looking into that trailer. We have 2 pcx scooters and have been looking at trailers.
Currently own:
Red 2013 Honda PCX150

Givi tall windshield & tailbox - Lots of extra lights
Custom seat from Thailand - Bad Boy Airhorn
Takegawa Lowering Shocks - Michelin City Grip Tires

The price on their site is over $3000... I hope you didn't pay nearly that much. Unless trailers are just exponentially higher in CA than in the US.

I will definately do that. The model I chose (combo) is made to carry two scooters and more... (3 dirt bikes, but not sure about 3 scooters). They also it can carry a standard motorcycle and two dirt bikes.

The best feature is that you can fold it and store it folded up.

http://www.kendonusa.com/trailer_combo. ... [mixed]/7/ Look at the video section, quite impressive

No, there is a significant discount over MSRP $2650, but still on the expensive side,

Sheesh... that's a lot of money for a 4x6 trailer.

Have you thought of making your own? I bought a standard wood 6x10 trailer $900 a few months back. Add a couple wheel chocks for $50/ea.

I was all onboard until I saw the price. You could buy a scooter at the place you're going for that price. o_O

Just what I need, though.
2013 PCX 150 [now an ex-bike, soon to be consigned to the bottom line of the sig]
2013 Silver Wing ABS (Black)
1971 BMW R75/5 (White)
Too many ex-bikes to list, and, besides, who really cares what we used to own?

Just came across this trailer site while googling about tires.
This is a Cool fold-up type single trailer, different from other's I've seen and read about. I wonder how safe and well built it is? Anyone have one of these?

Those prices seem really steep even by UK standards

I like the "Cash Calf Hot Dog Cart" on the same page. That'd be cool behind the PCX. Make some money or be the hit at parties.

Or, as the PCX is pretty small to tow, hitch it to a Harley-Davidson and call the stand "Hog's Dogs." ;)

So What..... if anything, could go wrong with this idea as a trailer? Never heard of it, but I tripped across it on the www this morning. Is there anything that they Don't fold?
