but not sure what's colour of the bulb should I get ?
Cool white or Red ? Any advice ....?

If it's a red lens, get a white bulb. Clear lens, get a red bulb. And yes, they're worth every penny. People riding behind me say they are so bright it almost hurts to look at them. Cages will notice when you hit the brakes.
