If a company like Scott's or, K&P made a 35 micron stainless mesh filter to replace the corse screen installed by honda would you buy one?

No. I wouldn't want to restrict oil flow. Honda designed the engine without a filter.

Yeah, probably wouldn't be a good idea with the filter screen likely being on the oil pump inlet side, not in the pressure circuit.
