Anyone have experience with this unit?
I'm looking for a high-viz jacket for primarily hot weather riding.
Prices seem to jump up a bracket if you want three-season capability.

Try looking at this one. Quite a bit cheaper.

Not an owner of an Olympia jacket myself but I've read many good things about their gear. I just jumped in to share a link with lots of hi-viz jackets to view in one place: http://www.revzilla.com/hi-viz-motorcycle-jackets

I wear a Tourmaster Flex. It is one of the best 3 season jackets because the waterproof shell is on the outside. It can be worn as a mesh jacket with full armor. It is also cut short enough in the front to prevent having to have a fold at the waist while riding.

Great info, folks!
I will see if I can find some of these brands locally.
Many thanks!

Wahoo!
My bride and I both bought the Switchback ... local dealer had it on sale, making the choice easier.
I've yet to wear it riding, but I am impressed by the materials and construction.
The removable liner adds a lot more usability beyond hot summer days.
I usually wear size Medium in shirts and such, but Small was ideal in this brand.
My next favorite was an Alpinestars mesh jacket, but it was not stocked in a Hi-Viz option.
Cheers!

Your bride? Did you get married in it?

No, but ...

I once had a buddy named Hackett,
Whose dream was a bright yellow jacket;
He wore it with glee,
So that others could see ...
Hoping taxis and trucks wouldn't smack it.

hard to find leggings to match at a decent price....

One final note on the Olympia Switchback jackets ... very comfy today, even with temps up to 97.
And my wife liked the back protector in the jacket, as it made it more comfy to lean back against the Honda top case.
The combo of the jacket and top case made her feel a lot more secure riding pillion.
There ya go.

Olympia Motosports Gear is extremely tough and long lasting....I generally prefer Olympia and First Gear in my Textile Jackets.....Thousands of trouble free miles in all kinds of weather from both..... 8)
