Drain fuel from tank

Hi I have a PCX150, how do I drain the fuel from the tank, do I need to remove all the fairings?
My PCX I bought has only 60kms on it but has been sitting for a cple years from new, so I want to drain the old fuel. I've done it on other bikes and engines, but I was just wondering where to start given the scooter is covered in fairings, I was wondering if it has a fuel drain screw?
