Overvolted..help plz

Ok so i had my scooter started and running from a jump because ghe battery is shot and to make a long story short i went to go for a ride and noticed the front tire was flat so on the road i cut it off to inflate it and i ran inside to get mh jumper pack and my dumb ass father in law used a 48v lithium battery to try and jump it and it blew 3 fuses. 30a main 2 10a main 1 and then a 15a which i dont remember exactly what it was. But ever since then it will not stop blowing the 30a fuse every time i try turning it on at all. It flashes like its going to turn on and the fuse blows. Idk what to do
