Yep. Also have to be that font, that size, that spacing between letters, that size letter, at least 10mm between letters and edge of plate, reflective, can only have GB badge or no GB badge nothing else. And you can get 3 points if any of those things are even slightly wrong. Pretty much the only choice i have is normal acrylic or pressed aluminium.

Thanks gn2, but ive already seen that page and done a bit of research into the legality of the pressed plates. Pressed plates are fine, theres no laws on what material they have to be made from so as long as there still reflective its all good.

Pressed plates just don't look right in the UK.

I like em tho somethin a bit different from the herd while remaining legal. No stupid font or tiny size or anything.

Finished stickerbombing my interior today, i know its not to everyones taste (gn2 ) and probably getting a bit overdone nowadays, but the interior was so boring. Sorry pics are a bit blurry, taken on phone cam. Some edges are a little tatty but meh. What does everyone think?

I love my pressed plates, I get the UK legal ones made from Dubmeister. Never had any troubles with mine but I do keep my UK ones to hand.

Thanks, it took ages! With the plates though as long as there in the UK font they'll be fine. I was gonna use dubmeister but I found them cheaper on eBay and you don't have to send off any documents either.

It's not to my tastes either, but it still turned out cool. I'd never do it to my car, but I have to admit, once it's done it looks better than the bland stock trim.

Depends on the car i suppose. I think it goes very well on my golf, but i wouldnt do it to a taco, or a newer modern car. Or my PCX, but that doesnt have an interior was thinking about doing it to the PCX screen a while back, but decided it would look pretty horrible on there.

i wish i had the money to make my car look like this so bad...

The wheels on that Golf look ridiculous, it's a family hatchback FFS not a supercar.
My Jag wheels were the standard fitment and matched the car perfectly, they didn't look like tasteless aftermarket tat.

I think it is all down to personnel taste. In this instance I think those wheels deserve a better ride than the golf
