New side panel

Hello peeps, just wanted to know if anybody has bought a new painted side panel from the dealer. I scratched the left side panel and the badge on the wall when I was taking the bike into the garden. I bought some touch up paint but it just made a mess. I got a quote from a professional sprayer for £160, he said he would have to do the whole panel. I found some spray cans on Ebay that were the right colour code but I thought I'd take a trip to the Honda dealer and see what they said. They quoted me £174 for the panel and £35 for the badge. Is this price normal for painted panels? This is my first bike so I wouldn't know..... The offending brickwork has been angle grinded down and covered with duct tape
