Weird vibrating noise while driving, has anyone had this issue?

have a 2015 150cc

bought this new PCX , this noise doesnt sound normal to me. need advice on what to fix? or if anyone had this issue? or where to look for the issue

this bike has been out for years i expect someone has had the same issue or question.
cant find any youtube videos or forum posts about it.

- the noise happens at second half of the video
- noise happens between 1/2 throttle - WOT
- the noise does not happen at idle


i tried different things that i thought were vibrating , did not help
- putting my foot exhaust shield to stablize
- putting my foot on the rear shock to stablize
- putting my foot on some of the side fenders and plastics to see if they were vibrating
- tried taking the battery cover off
- tried spinning the wheel i dont hear any bearing noise
