Shad Vs Givi Mounting Rack

Hello All, 2014 Forza. I’m looking at either the Shad or Givi for a top case but wanted to know about the mounting rack for both. The Givi appears to be a metal rack with bent sides for strength and the 4 bolts through the drilled plastic bike tail to attach. Then their case bracket bolts to that. Is the Shad the same? I can’t seem to find a pic of just the metal rack without the plastic Shad case holder bolted on top? In the few pics I see on the Shad website it does not show that piece. Is it a solid piece like the Givi with just holes in it for mounting and then for adding the case holder? Thanks for any insight. Trying to decide between the two and want a more solid piece attached to the bike but cannot confirm how it looks.
