Honda Click/Vario

Post by Hobbit112 »

I ride a 2019 Honda Click 125i which is like a slimmed down PCX 125i. Bought new in April 2019 and now has about 20k kilometers on the odo.

I have begun the upgrade journey which so far consists of a cheap, basic windscreen, a racing variator, local SpeedTuner brand - lightened and 13.5° drive face, SpeedTuner reinforced and balanced bell, Dr. Pulley sliders(currently 11gr), and an upgraded clutch w/1500 springs(I think). 1200 NCY center spring. I have also upgraded to a YSS G-Series rear monoshock and have had the YSS front fork upgrade installed. Tires have been upgraded to Pirelli Angel Scooters, 90/80 14 front and 120/70 14 rear. Have also installed a 140cc injector from Yuminashi.

I have purchased but not installed yet the Yuminashi 164cc bore kit and performance cam. I currently have the Yuminashi 150cc head with upgraded valves and springs stuck in Customs. As a shipment comes out of Customs I have been placing another order from Yuminashi. Reason for that is our Customs (Philippines) has a threshold of $200 US before Custom duties of UpTo 30% are applied.

I have a question regarding what size throttle body and manifold would be best? Haven't made a decision yet on that. Have been told to get a 170cc injector but am considering a 180cc for more torque and maybe a cooler running motor.

Still sourcing an exhaust.
