Ncy variator just installed 2011 pcx 125cc

Post by Atom1234 »

So I put my ncy variator and 13gram rollers in my 2011 pcx 125cc . I was a little disappointed kind didn’t make to much of a difference top or bottom . Does it take time to break in or do I have the wrong weight rollers? On the stand it did 72 mph , should I go up or down 1 gram to get more out of it ?

Usually a new variator needs to break in, anywhere up to 650 miles. Do break in with old belt then install a new one. 13gr rollers should be ok depending on your weight.

Stand mph is theoretical top speed. No accounting for wind resistance, road conditions, weight, tires, etc.
