Has anybody tried the Molossi drive belt. I found out on my 05 Reflex few years back that non factory belts were usually garbage but they're currently $170 for the Honda Forza 300 belt and 110 for the Kevlar Malossi. Do they hold up under aggressive street riding? Stock bike except for 18gm sliders and a Molossi clutch bell.

Aftermarket belts are still and will always be garbage.
Get an original belt from Thailand.
Total $76 including postage to USA.

Thanks for your reply... shipping to US, Pennsylvania is $80 so only slightly better. I can get factory belt on eBay for @$100 from Thailand. I was hoping somebody had actually tried the Malossi belt. Also wondering who actually makes the belt, I'm pretty certain Malossi does not.

Don't know where you're getting $80 shipping from, site says $16.32 for a Pittsburgh zipcode I picked at random.

You're correct, I had a pair of yss shocks in the cart from months ago that I didn't see, was jacking up the ship cost. Glad you pointed that out, thanks!

Malossi is a very reputable aftermarket supplier, I have no personal experience with them, but many people have given positive reviews about their products. I have no doubt their Kevlar belt is just as good if not better than Honda OEM...!

I actually like to buy their CVT kit , clutch and belt, but I'm in Thailand and they charge redicoulus tax on it if they stop it at customs - so far I found Honda OEM clutch to be absolute garbage - so why think twice about their other parts being that superior ...!? The aftermarket carbon clutch shoes and bell I'm using now are holding up far better so far....

I can't be sure but I think I saw or read many Kevlar CVT belts are manufacturered by Mitsubishi, you can see the name printed on some of them, but I can't be sure...
