The upgraded NCY kit 1200 1195 is really expensive and hard to find, I found it one place I havenrd of for $364. What is the part number of the earlyer kit or what else will fit a 2013 PCX 150? Or I see the stand alone clutch 1200 1202 would fit but it doesn't mentnon clutch bearing. Fixing the bearing noise is my main motivation what would I need to order to fix that or suggestions of other clutches that would take care of bearing noise?

You don't need the full NCY kit. Order the variator, drive face and 13 gram rollers. Then go into partzilla.com and look up the clutch bearing in the driven face and order assembly #8. That contains the clutch bearing.

Wrong. Variator doesnt have Bearings.

What i meant was I dont think he needs the Variator and Driveface. OP can just buy the Stock bears and replace them on the stock clutch assembly. I would say that it will probably require some special tools like a press. Not Sure.

I thought the individual meant that they wanted to install the NCY kit AND also fix their clutch bearing. If the problem is just the clutch bearing, see my second sentence: "Then go into partzilla.com and look up the clutch bearing in the Driven Face and order assembly #8. That contains the clutch bearing."
Changing out the assembly is quicker and less hassle than changing the bearings. There are 2 bearings involved, #18 and #19.

The price difference for the whole assembly isn't that much. Replacing the bearings by themselves will be a bit of a hassle if you haven't done something similar and have limited tools.

As for the NCY kit, get the variator and the drive face. The NCY driveface is what gives you the higher top speed.

Believe me when I say that changing the assembly is quicker, cheaper, and less of a hassle than changing the bearings alone. My wife's bike had the clutch bearing issue and the assembly was on back order, so our mechanic decided to take the assembly apart and replace the bearings.

His first problem was finding the bearings. One of them must be an odd size or something because he called all over the United States to find them, ending up with a dealer in California having them.

After the bearings arrived he had to outsource the pressing out of the old bearings and pressing in the new ones. Our bike was in the shop for a week all together. Replacing the entire assembly is about an hour, and a lot cheaper.
