New road & great porch

Post by fish »

They poured me a new road this week.
Really smooth!

Going to be in my chair with coffee before that gets up!

And I think this farm house has a really great porch. Has its back to the storms from the SW. Great place to sit with a coffee during a summer rain storm.

No, that's one of the farm houses which supplies me with the nice wood smoke on my winter/dawn rides.
My major concern, early mornings, are all the animals who come out that time of day....especially the aggressive ground frogs, the odd flamingo or zebra.

I was considering getting some of those frogs, but if they are aggressive they may get out and chase cars...and bikes...and dogs. (For some reason the cats don't come around here now...maybe because we have Jack Russell Terriers?..). Can't have dayglo frogs doing that. A flamingo, maybe. A zebra...hmmm. I have to think about that.
