My Golden Gal, or Ron Jeremy as my friend calls her

I'm out in Nam, and ride this lovely beast.
She was sluggish at first, and I realised something was amiss. Turns out she needed a new fuel filter.
I changed the grips, brake levers and rear tyre (it had a rubbish Chinese tyre on that was sliding all over the road).
I'd like to do some performance mods, just to get her peppier. She's in need of a new exhaust, which needs to be imported from Thailand at a cost of $200.
Lovely bike to ride, and quite the eye-catcher on the roads of Nam. Great for around-town stuff, and longer trips too.

EDIT: thank you for the welcome!
Were you able to see all 5 photos?
She exudes different glows at different times of the day. Just need to get a new exhaust for her. No need for speed in Vietnam - far better to ride gently with all seven of your senses and your 3rd eye working overtime - Asian traffic is chaos, mostly in a fun way.

Wait! They don't sell exhausts there? That is strange. I figured that in a country where everyone rides scooters, they should have exhausts for them. $200 is a lot for an exhaust anywhere, but there??

My thoughts exactly. I think for one of the more common scooters here - Air Blades and the like, the exhaust would be a quarter of the price, but since mine is an import and rather rare, they don't stock parts, and order them as needed from Thailand.
I was quoted the same price ($200) for new front and rear shocks.
That said, I got a quick fix welding job done on the exhaust, to seal the hole, for $1, which should hold for a couple more months.

I wonder if anyone there has compared the Air Blade exhaust and the PCX exhaust? They look very similar.

Good point. I'm sure some parts are interchangeable across models. Would the Air Blade (or another model's) exhaust fit the brackets on the PVX though? They were able to fit a new fuel pump without ordering it from Thailand. Wasn't cheap though - $116.

Nice looking bike.
By the way, a new exhaust here in the United States is around $200, so I would have thought it would be cheaper there, but who knows? Some owners have installed aftermarket exhausts on their PCX, so you can price those as well.
