You ride at sunrise you get lots of nice smells...





Very good to get back into the game.



Dino served Guatemalan coffee today.
Frosty dark ride - but looks much worse for the next several nights.
I ride out an hour or two before daybreak - the coldest part of the day usually.
Even in the winter - the solitude on the road is worth it to me.

early morning ride outs....hot sandwich / full English Breakfast and a good mug of freshly brewed coffee...perfection .

Huge breakfasts . . . now you're talkin!

English or Irish . . . bring it on. And keep the coffee coming!!!

I circled back for a couple photos when passing this farm on my way home.
It's not the 1st time I've stopped here - usually a couple of big friendly farm dogs come bounding down the lane to inspect me.




These farms are a favorite part of my morning rides.
Wood smoke, breakfast cooking, cows ,sheep and horses grazing, kids with back-packs at the end of the lanes waiting for the school bus (I honk - they wave)….

Sad but true.

Everything in moderation. Best to only do on occasion.

Fortunately for me I couldn't afford to eat like that every day. But when I can . . . it's a real treat.

BTW you are most fortunate to have such great roads to ride on with little or no traffic. Always a great way to start the day! Here comes the sun . . ..
