I have started chip carving for the last couple of years now. I find it very relaxing and spend ours in my wood shop and out of my wife's way!
Ride fast and keep it between the fences!

Playing guitar. Very badly. Should really have given up by now.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

Welding! Took a course in evening class last year, this year the advanced course was fully booked, so I bought a tig welding machine and all the necessary other stuff. Already built my own aluminum welding cart, two ramps in alu for my brothers car to get in his garage easily.
To keep costs down I buy my alu from a local scrap yard very cheap, I only select the good pieces and by now I have already quite a stock for the next projects!

Many other projects coming up as I get requests daily to do some welding, mainly in aluminum...

As someone already said to keep you busy and out of the wife's way.

oh wow, It's great to hear that you're a tennis enthusiast and that you collect tennis racquets! I'm also a big fan of tennis and have been playing for many years.

What inspired you to start collecting tennis racquets, and how many do you have in your collection? Do you have any favorites or ones that hold special significance to you? I also have many ping pong rackets like these https://pingpongacademy.org/best-ping-pong-paddles/

I've always been fascinated by the different technologies and designs that go into creating tennis racquets or tennis paddles, and I've also tried out many different brands and models over the years. Currently, my favorite racquet is the Babolat Pure Drive, but I'm always open to trying out new ones.
