PCX Over Hill and Dale

Post by Old Grinner »

The hills and the plains are alive with the sound of Honda . . ..

What . . . no Julie Andrews at the summit? :o

A real nice day for this ride video . . . slow and easy.

Can't wait for Spring. :D

I would NOT take my bike up that sandy road. Yes, it does have some grass around it, but under your tires is sand. Dirt bikes have tires that are meant for that kind of road. Scooters don't.

On other points, the day was nice and the area looks like a good area for walking. Julie Andrews was walking up the hills for a reason, aside from the fact that there were too many in her 'party' to fit on a motorcycle....(imagine all of them on motorcycles with sidecars...I think they would disturb the quiet beauty with all that noise, and those things can't go where walking can take you.)
Currently own:
Red 2013 Honda PCX150

Givi tall windshield & tailbox - Lots of extra lights
Custom seat from Thailand - Bad Boy Airhorn
Takegawa Lowering Shocks - Michelin City Grip Tires
Headlight assy upgraded to LEDs w/HS5 main bulbs
NCY variator, drive face, and rollers

Speaking of quiet beauty the random tree cover in the hills made me wonder if there was extensive logging that took place in years past. :?

There could have been clearing for farm land though . . ..

Perhaps those were remnants of old logging roads?

Just guessing.
