At the village art show with wife and daughter...
While sitting in my coffee village the other day I heard a box of wrenches in a gas powered blender, on 'Low', coming slowly up the street in front of me. Or, maybe it is a gas powered, metal wheeled?, log wagon with many chains and much hardware jangling...?
Later, I heard the distant hummm of small, well muffled, engines with riders talking - approaching from the opposite direction.
Each caused me to lift my Red Sox cap and look up, in curiosity.
The first mechanical disturbance was coming from a brand new, copper colored ,Ural with side car.
The second was from the pair of Super Cubs leaving town.
In any event, I was sleepy, and it was nice in the shade, with a breeze, - and I might have dozed after that.
Until my teenager kicked my chair and asked me if I wasn't embarrassed to be sleeping on the side walk with all these people walking by?
Me: "Nope."
Daughter: "And you've buttoned your shirt up wrong. Again."
Fish
Yeah, no. This photo has nothing to do with this post.

Re: Noises....
From looking at that picture I think that I would be afraid to park my scooter like that. The truck looks awfully big, and your scooter looks so so small. If that truck moved over just a little bit your scooter would be toast. Last I heard, you can't ride toast.
A Ural motorcycle?? The sidecar is nice, but I am not too sure about those bikes. They kind of remind me of what was made in the USSR back when they fell apart and you had to wait forever for parts. I wouldn't mind riding one...until it broke.

These photos have nothing to do with this post either. I call them the "Peace and Quiet".

That was me out there fishing! I had heard that JAWS was out there somewhere and I didnt have a bigger boat, so I thought I would just wade out there and hook him without one. Still waiting for him.
