MikeP wrote:@wojtec_pl that is a great video. Very smooth ride. Is that an adhesive go pro mount?
Yeah, I just glued it to the windshield. And used a piece of string to tie the camera , just in case... ;)

No stabilization, no Youtube 'smooth' . It's most of the time double speed playback.

Tires are all season Heidenau K66, standard PCX size. I should check the pressure in the wheels, I just keep forgetting.

Steph, I just wish we have such winters here. But so far no luck this year.

Thanks, you have given me an idea how to mount my camera. :D I think the video quality is excellent, and I realy like the unobstructed view.

You must have pretty good roads. :) 45 F here today but intermittent light rain and mist. It supposed to be 50 and clear again on Tuesday. We have been just below the snow/rain line on storms all winter long so far except last Thanksgiving when we had a 3" snow. That is unusual but I will take it. I put over 1000 miles on the Forza and about 150 on the PCX since early December on scenic rides and testing the new variator parts. :P Should be in the 50's regularly by the last two weeks in February.

It's 17 degrees F. out right now. We received about 13 inches of snow over the night. Unable to go to work and my Husband decides to go for a ride. Well, tries anyway.

We have the cold here but not the snow. Just enough snow to make the streets too slick to ride but not enough for decent x-country skiing. I feel that if you have the cold there should be enough snow for skiing. Shorten winter by getting out in it.

No one will be riding anytime soon where I live. Still hard getting out of the subdivision in our cars after our record snow fall.

Very nice. I love lunchtime rides when it's sunny out. Being able to do 41 miles in a lunch hour would be outstanding.

It's raining so I will only do essential commuting. We're getting 3 to 6 inches of rain the tomorrow until Friday. :( But it was beautiful all last week and I had three lunch time rides.

I like the movie.

The spikes in tires are not allowed in Poland. I don't know why... :?

They used to allow studs in the tires in the 60s and 70s - at least during the winter when I lived near Chicago (Hinsdale) until they realized they ruined the roads. I imagine there is no choice in the arctic. I don't think humans were really designed (or evolved depending on your philosophy  ) for cold weather or they would look more like Sasquatch. :P

Wow - we are due for a nice warm up starting tomorrow. 52, 66, 61 for the long weekend. We got down to 10 degrees last night for a one day cold spell and are only supposed to reach 30 today.
