hi, when you adjust the light does it adjust both the main and high beam ? my main beam should be abit higher, and my high beam should be lower, thanks

Yes, adjusting the headlight adjusts the whole headlight (both low and high beams), so unfortunately it will not help you if you want to adjust both separately
