These bikes are assembled in Italy and Thailand. I believe they are the same belt but the part number varies as to the country of manufacture.

Mine was built in Thailand. You bring up an interesting point/question. Pretty sure when ordering the belt,I specified it was for a 2014 Forza.
Was sent belt #23100-K04-932. [Honda's [oem parts list] specifies # 23100-KTW-901 BELT, DRIVE (MITSUBOSHI)(replaces 23100-K04-931).
[No mention of the belt ending with 932] ?? Can't make out the numbers on my old belt, although it and the new one mirror each other, best I can
tell. Guess I'll find out when it comes time to replace??

I have just changed mine. Bike has only done 6,000 miles but 5 years old.
I found a Mitsuboshi belt on ebay for £52.

23100-K04-931 shows in my 2014 service manual as the correct part number.
Mitsuboshi as the manufacturer.
Honda changes these numbers all the time, for many parts. Most likely as part suppliers change or specs are updated
