Hi,

Anyone knows if those extenders will fit to PCX ? So far I discovered I have reverse thread too.

Mine came in the post yesterday so a job for the weekend :)

I noticed a split washer in the pack already, are you saying use one with each section? ie. where you bolt onto the bike and again where the mirror stem connects to the extender?

Also after a very quick look at the packs last night I noticed the hex/allen bolt head is quite large, any idea of the size you used as I'm positive I don't have one that large
It's an 8mm allen wrench....and I have the washer directly under the black extension base to 'lift' the allen bolt a touch so it does not bottom out in the threaded part of your scooter. Otherwise the allen bolt 'bottomed' in the scooter hole and the whole enchilada would not tighten.
Without the washer I found that I had mounted two reverse thread propellers on my scoot.

It's strange... my PCX is also a 2014 model, like yours (2015 model in the States) and both sides have regular thread... my PCX was built in Italy: perhaps yours was built in another country?

This is because you are above the equator.
Honda Co. are very smart people to think of this! :-)

I fitted mine over the weekend and this morning’s ride into work was the 1st time used.

What a great difference they made, now I can glance at my mirrors and see what’s coming. No more looking at the mirror and shifting to the side a bit to see!

I would recommend these for sure, these or longer mirrors

Yes, the first thing I do with a new bike is fit some mirrors that work! At my age, (&at the speed I ride)most of the exciting stuff is happening behind me. All the mirrors look cool on the showroom floor ....very few of them work as intended. Glad you're safer now! Regards, Fish

The allen screw/bolt is slightly too long...bottoms out in the brake lever housing hole. I just added one thick split washer and it snugged right up with no further issues.
Wasn't certain if these would work....the lefty threads on both sides of the Forza confused me.
Now I can see better behind me.

Thanks Fish! $10 vs. $116? What's not to like?!

My final, and best solution to the Forza mirror problem...was fitting a pair of Honda 500X mirrors.....exact same Forza mirrors but with perfectly longer stems!
Keeping the Honda OEM look....much better than the extenders goofy appearance.

And how do they interface with the tall one-piece Givi windscreen? Any parts collisions at full steering lock? And since it's now appeared as both 500F and 500X, which is it, or are they the same?

I googled the images for both bikes, and I can't tell the mirrors apart. So maybe they are the same?

Sorry for confusion...my son has the X ....not the F -- he reminded me.
Visit a Honda motorcycle dealer...you'll see longer stem Forza mirrors on the 500X.
Short answer for Forza owners: great OEM looking mirrors with safer rear view for larger riders.

Would not think a longer mirror stem will cause any interference with any screen unless your present mirror body is inside the cofines of the screen itself. . Longer stems move mirror out maybe 1.5" - 2.0"....stem is in same place as orig Foza mirrors.

Yes, the mirrors on the CB500F and CB500X are exactly the same.

Here's a picture of a stock Forza mirror sitting next to a CB500X mirror:

I like the longer stem; it allows me to see what's behind me more quickly.

Fish
He cut the mirror arms, cut a piece of aluminum tubing, slid both parts of the mirrors into the tubes, added epoxy and some paint. Note the ridge near the bend above where the mirror screws into its mounting hole.
