2500 service

Post by Toonman »

I've just had my second (2500) mile service done and Honda have charged £124 for what is effectively an oil change. Is this the normal price?

Sounds a bit dear. I think mine cost about £80 but that was a while a go.

Allowing for inflation, that's in line with what I paid for PCX services at a main Honda dealer.
And I always got a courtesy bike for the day which was nice.
Done properly a 2500 mile service is a lot more than just an oil change.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong
