Honda Reflex vs Forza

Went to my dealer today to look at a 2014 forza, 6250.00 out the door.
He showed my two trades that just came in. Both Honda Reflex's one is
2002, 29000km/18000miles the other is
2006, 18000km/11200miles.
Both are in excellent shape.
dealer asked me what I thought they were worth. I told him I had no idea, and really I don't
What do you all think price, age and performance wise when compared to the Forza?

Going by prices of used scooters hereabouts in the UK, I would reckon around $1100 for the 2002 and the 2006 around $1500.

Dealer called today on the 2006 Reflex with 18000km. He wants 3400.00'plus tax @ 12%. I would like to know what crack pipe he was smoking. Still waiting on a price for the 2002 Reflex.
