Im looking to microsquirt my pcx

Post by Mitch Detailed »

So I am looking more and more into mods for increasing power, but the biggest issue we face is controlling fuel and timing. So ill be taking the time to run a microsquirt EMS on my scooter during the off season. I might offer kits if anyone has any interest.

I want to turbocharge the thumper and see what itll do.

Well, I'll pop some popcorn in to a microwave and wait to see what you come up with...
I'd be keen cos I'll be looking to stroke mine up in the near future to 185 or 195 and for that I'd love to have a proper fuel control to run it..
0-60mph times are in 7 second bracket and with proper gearing top speeds have been recorded at 155kmh gps...no screen to aid it either!

Doesn't anybody make a good programmable fuel controller for the PCX yet?

Idk, but honestly I don't care too much for fuel controllers/piggyback systems ... Your ecu is a fuel controller. Utilizing the ecu as the fuel controller, and ignition, idle, rev limits, compensation tables, etc. Simply makes more sense. Total control is what id rather have than altered signals
