Harley Davidson sells them, they have a barrel lock and key so that's about as impossible to pick as you can get. I can't imagine any tools short of a torch to cut them off. If you can't reach a bike rack or bench to hook up you can always swing back on the rims, so similar to your disk brake security I guess. I don't have one of these brake locks... could someone link me to images so I can understand the brake lock product better.

thanks

You wouldn't need to bother about the locks, just split the chain with a standard splitter.
Makes them about as much use as a chocolate fireguard as far as bike security goes.
I suspect that's not why Harley types will buy them though.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

This is not anything you break with a tool for motorcycle chains... LOL I think they know what they are doing for the 90 USD these cost.

Silly. Spend the money on a camera or a mobile with a better camera.

Oh! They're supposed to be for the bike???
2013 PCX 150 [now an ex-bike, soon to be consigned to the bottom line of the sig]
2013 Silver Wing ABS (Black)
1971 BMW R75/5 (White)
Too many ex-bikes to list, and, besides, who really cares what we used to own?

Locks just keep honest people honest. If a thief wants something he will get it no matter what.
