Hi
Back in Febuary, I converted my wife's Pcx to 164cc, using Yuninashi pieces from RZ Racing in Holland, after removing the engine, quite straight forward, I replaced the barrel, piston, cam, fuel injector, valve springs, and the variator, and a K&N filter, I stopped short of replacing the throttle body and exhaust.
What a marked difference, managed an indicated 80 mph rock steady!
Now have to run with the idle switch off, as the new cam does not have the decompression cam on it, it does not start instantly,
Spent about £550, well worth it!!!
Paul.

Re: Yuminashi mods
Hi
Yep a non ESP, the quality of the Yuminashi is of a high standard, everything fitted well, while the head was off I took the opertunity to polish the inlet & exhaust ports, may only give a whif of an extra horse, but I enjoyed doing it!

I'm impressed by the knowledge and mechanical skill of all those that attempt such things. So far I've checked the oil once
