Does anyone know the correct torque setting for the rear wheel hub nut.??

According to the Honda service manual:

118 N/m (12.0 kgf*m, 87 lbf*ft)
Currently ride: 2011 Honda PCX 125 - Upgraded windshield and seat, keeping this one mostly stock

You'll need a longish torque wrench for it too, and a 24mm socket.

Tighten the nut a good bit while the scooters on it's centre stand, then take it off the stand while standing to it's left, this will mean you can apply the rear brake and lean your weight over the bike while you torque the nut. I might be teaching my grandmother to suck eggs here. ;)
