Gil wrote: Tue Jun 02, 2020 11:28 pm I read your post too late and didn't do a before and after. I was running the OEM variator with the NCY outer face. The NCY variator inner bore went out of spec, allowing for too much play that resulted in slugish acceleration due to binding of the variator with the boss.

My top speed now is 64 MPH. I had Dr. Pulley before and now I have a mix of round weights. Belt is within spec.

Boss: Kitaco Power up Pulley boss
Variator: MFR
Driveface: MFR
Weight style and size: three 11g and three 15g
Intake:stock
Exhaust:MFR
Belt:stock
Tires: Michelin city grip
Clutch: SH100 clutch I think.
Your weights are far too heavy... Have you got rpm gauge? I'd start from 10g even and see where you're at feel wise on the road.

Hello all. This is from my stock 2019 PCX 150. I weigh 82 kg with my gear on and had about 10 kg of additional load due to top box and some stuff I was carrying.

Update with Yuminashi bore kit, 32mm throttle body 170cc injector

Top end is not correct, I was backing off due to traffic and a bend in the road.

Here's a zero to 40 mph run I did on my 2019 PCX last night. I'm 183 pounds with gear and had maybe 5 pounds of stuff with me. The only mod I have done is the Malossi variator kit https://scooterpartsco.com/honda/honda- ... iht0gsc7t2. I installed everything but the contra-spring about 2000 miles ago. The scoot has 4600 miles on it.
