Antifreeze Dump

I typed in "antifreeze" in the search bar and came up empty. I can't imagine I am the first to ask but here goes.

Flushed radiator and added new. line bled. a small bit of antifreeze on garage floor next day...possible overfill? Bought a new water pump and thermostat to be on the safe side.

Had a scheduled ride with MSTA to Red River Gorge this past weekend and took extra coolant. Again, a little on ground, coolant added during trip and fingers crossed I'd be OK til I got back to Cincinnati.

Yesterday the temp light on dashboard turned red. More coolant and let the bike sit for an hour. Add more coolant and get to hotel quickly. In a couple miles the smell was bad and smoking. When I pulled in hotel, coolant was pouring out. Just couldn't tell what was going on until I got home to strip it all down again for the 3rd time.

First look once home I still can't tell what the problem is or what could be broken. New parts, line bled. Any ideas or other suggestions?
