Hello All - Happy Holidays
So I have a 2019 PCX-150 that just went passed the 600 mile mark which is pretty low for that year. I bought it used when it only had 65 miles on it! - I changed the oil at 600 miles but since this is a low mileage PCX, I am worried that the fluids are going to need to be changed much sooner than the mileage in the service manual. How would you approach the fluids?
- Coolant
- Brake fluid
- Crank case
Thanks

Re: Fluid Maintenance
The Owner's manual guidelines are what I follow. Most, if not all, give a "mileage or months' recommendation... Including for fluids such as brake fluid, gear oil, coolant, etc... in addition to oil and oil filter and other things that need attention. It seems like over-kill for low mileage bikes, but most of these services involve minimal effort and expense for the peace of mind they offer. So, I'd rather err on the side of over-doing maintenance than worry about doing too little.
