Sound when left brake lever is pressed

Hi all,

I just changed the lever to a new one and there is this clicking sound.

It seems to be coming from where the cables are hidden under. At the later part of the video where I panned the phone camera to.

Anyone knows what is the cause and how am I to rectify it?
