Roller and Exhaust Upgrades for PCX150

Post by Echosong »

Hey guys,

Just wanted to see if anyone had changed their Honda PCX150 rollers to 13g or upgraded their exhaust, and what kind of performance improvements/changes they have noticed as a result. I've been looking to change over the rollers to increase torque, but don't want to lose my top speed of 75mph (120km/h).

Does anyone have any other performance upgrades they recommend for the 2019 model?

A lot of us went to 13g rollers in the 150, and it really helps your takeoff from a stop light. But still leaves you a pretty good top end. It’s worthwhile mod. Do not buy an exhaust and think you’ll get performance upgrades, you won’t, but they are lighter and sound better. Do it for those two reasons, but not for performance. Rear shocks are a good upgrade, better ride/rebound than stock.

I did intake, exhaust and NCY Variator set with 13G/12G weights mixed. Max out at 74 but acceleration is much better. Holds 8k+ RPMS all the way til about 40 then settles down.
