Crashbars from a 2018/19

Will these crashbars for a 2019 fit on a 2015?

No idea about the fit - but images of the scuffed panels after a PCX wreck seem to indicate that it is high up on the big front panel that is damaged - higher than these cover. Need a bar which parallels up the side of that front panel to be an effective crash bar..?

These will be fine if you're wanting to ram other scooters off the road. For crash protection though I think you'd need them to run higher up towards the handle bars like fish said.

These look like it'll create a pivot point and could potentially catch and cause the top part of the bike to flip over in a slide.
