Maxxis \/ ---- Pancakes /\

Post by fish »

Before heading out for breakfast with my daughter this morning - took a close look at my rear Maxxis on the Piaggio.
At only 5500 miles they are a sad sight compared to the Michelin City Grips which I ran for 12,000 mies on the rear of my LIKE.
Would have to go up 10mm in width for City Grips - so will likely go with Pirelli Angels next.

The village breakfast café was busy as usual today, warm and cozy - as the snow spit and the wind blew outside.
Coffee from Dino's - carried into the Dog for flapjacks and sausage.

This was all the damage we could do to our pancakes.

The Dog on a better day....café entrance is under the right hand awning.

Piaggio imported a scooter with no OEM replacement tire... Not that I would want another Maxxis. (Honda did the same with the Forza)

The mileage racked up quickly eh?

You are fortunate to live in an area that's still like Mayberry RFD. :D

Maybe you can find something comparable here. They have really good tire prices.
