remove PCX headlamp reflector

Don't know if you can without breaking the headlamp open. It's a sealed unit apart from the holes for the bulbs obviously.
Why do you want it out anyway? Xenon kit perhaps?

Like Alibally said, it's a sealed unit -- you can't remove the reflector without heating it up and breaking the seam around it. Even then, you risk breaking it.

Do you mind if I move this to the General subforum? This post does not conform to the How-To subforum guidelines: http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=762

Thread moved.

Ok, that makes more sense then. Removing the headlamp involves disassembling most of the front of the bike. You can see the first few steps in EddieC's how-to for adjusting the combi cable: http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=243

I'd scan the relevant pages from the manual and post them as "fair use," but that would consist of too many pages and violate US copyright law. I recommend buying or borrowing a service manual. :)
