Help: Top Box hardware

Post by ChuckD »

OK, I'm thick...
If I order this: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07 ... TMA5&psc=1 (it comes with a "mounting bracket" and hardware)... what other fitting kit do I need for my 2017 PCX150?

Thanks so much!

You need a Givi SR1163 rack or equivalent.
https://www.amazon.com/GIVI-SR1136-Mono ... B00TPEHY1K
There's a panel in the grabrail that comes off revealing four bolt holes that the two parts of the rack fix to.
The flat plate in the kit you're ordering then secures to the SR1136 and the case goes on that.
Its a really easy job.

Thanks...
I'm in the US. The Givi SR1163 appears to be (expensive) import-to-US only.

When you get the panel off you'll see four circles that can be cut out so that the rack fits through the holes.
Only snag with that is if you ever want to go back to not having a rack fitted.
So the alternative is just leave the panel off and keep it in a cupboard so that you can easily restore it to normal should you choose to.
