Yes, the oil filter tool for Honda motorcycles is standard because they all use the same size filter.
I got one free when I bought a filter on eBay.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

Don't know the size for the Honda filter but if you don't have it yet you can get a K&N KN-204 filter and use a 17mm socket or box wrench.

65MM 14 FLUTE Oil filter removal tool.

I bought a piece of crap stamped steel one that slipped and had to buy a better cast aluminum one.
