This one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1koVs5DLNzg ?

If you look in the comments he acknowledges being mistaken about servicing.
Interval is 3000 miles for oil changes and every second one is a proper service.
TMF is basing the costs on London/home counties, the servicing will be much cheaper elsewhere.
Valve clearance checks are simple, its screw and locknut and access is a doddle.
No liquid cooling is also a bonus.
Should be very easy for diy servicing.

3000 miles isn't even an oil change, just clean air filter, lubricate pivots and inspect and adjust various items.
Nothing a user couldn't easily do.
Problem arises with warranty claims (in the UK) if you don't have the required stamps in the book.

The Interceptor manual is attached, service schedule starts on p116

I Went and asked oil changes ever 3000 miles ,and the big one ever 6000 miles, which to me is still too soon not when my old Yamaha fz750 of many tears ago [1985 bought in 1990]was the big one ever 28000 miles and that was just checked, mind you it was a pig to work on.
Was there 2 hours and in all that time both royal enfields did not move nobody pre-booked them, did ask the s ales staff, and both was fully booked all day,no don't think so.
