Sometimes you're the bug, sometimes you're the windshield

Post by easyrider »

In Florida during May you're both. Im talking bug splatter guts removal. I have found a pretty good product called Rain X Bug and Tar pre wash remover. Worked well for me on all my plastics. After spraying on let it sit for a few then I use a credit card or mild cloth to remove. Works good on those love bugs, and that's a damn good test. FYI...Shields down or keep your mouth closed unless you're hungry while riding.

I use Honda spray wax. Damp paper towel takes 'em all right off if you do it before walking away after a ride.
I don't ride behind screens....but wear a full-face modular helmet.
