You are running a 125cc bike. Mine is a 150cc, so I can't be of much help to you but mine gained 10 mph to its top end.

The Sliders vs rollers issue has been discussed a lot, but it doesn't add or subtract from top end.
Currently own:
Red 2013 Honda PCX150

Givi tall windshield & tailbox - Lots of extra lights
Custom seat from Thailand - Bad Boy Airhorn
Takegawa Lowering Shocks - Michelin City Grip Tires
Headlight assy upgraded to LEDs w/HS5 main bulbs
NCY variator, drive face, and rollers

130kmh on the speedo which is inaccurate to 1-2%. Gets there fairly quick too, like 300+cc quick..
