Cool Custom for Disability Access

Post by kramnala58 »

I saw this on my FB feed under one of the "suggested posts" titled, "31 Incredible Creations Hidden In Plain Sight"

I thought it was pretty cool. It is a scooter made to be used with a wheelchair.

Brilliant idea! :D

I'm not seeing a front brake lever which leads me to believe the designer included a brake controller that would better serve the occupant. :geek:

That would seem to be a darned site easier than a car to get into and out of. Pretty brilliant, actually.
Not sure where the could put the engine though...
On my scoot, getting there is WAY more than half the fun!

Assuming that it is electric, I could see it being used in some warehouse stores, and maybe walking paths. However, if they needed to do any shopping they could not get in close enough to shelves.

I did come across this item awhile back. I don't know if it is better or not.
