So far I can't find anyone who sells a 100/80-14 OR a 110/80-14 in the Michelin City Grip. If I could find a 100/80-14 in that make I would probably go with that size. However, if I can't find it soon I will have no choice but to put the 90/90-14 on.

I tried looking as well with no luck. Guessing they won't be common until the updated PCX makes it to the US. Dennis Kirk was the lowest I remember for the 90/90 at $44.

this may be off topic, but am wondering what kind of miles you cannot off the stock IRC tires? I know a lot of variables come into play like driving habits, inflation, road conditions and such, but am curious about the avg. life of the tires...

My rear IRC lasted 13500 miles, my front at near 15,000 miles has more than legal tread depth and the bike just passed it's MOT (road worthiness) but the tyre will probably need changing during the next year.

My experience, PCX oem IRC rears lasted around 5,000 miles each and the original front was still going strong at 19,000 miles.
I'm quite heavy and rode it flat out nearly all the time.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

My front tire is the original Dunlop that came on the bike. At 5800 miles it isn't bald, but the grooves are shallow. I don't think I can get much more than another 1,000 miles out of it. Usually the front tire gets about twice the miles as the rear does. Maybe this brand is softer than what I am use to. My wife has Michelin City Grips on her bike with the front having close to what my tire has, and it looks fine.

I have been taking both bikes out for their shakedown runs and they run great. I keep wishing that i had upgraded the lights on my wife's bike as well, but she didn't want me to...so she will have to remember to ride with her LED spot lights on.

btw - the only reason I went with the MCG was due to needing the rear replaced - other than that I cannot fault the IRC's in any way - worked just fine for me in all weathers all years round for commuting to work - rain, cold below freezing, flooded roads, and they lasted really well. This was 30-40mph tops and normal, not gentle pulling away from lights, so no constant full throttle starts.
