That's a name I haven't heard before - what is a "theromscud"?
Well I love the look of the bike with this standard windscreen, it has a bit of a sport bike look from the front, but the minute you put a high windscreen on it ends up looking too scooterish for my tastes
Pretty much how I feel too.

WOT on my bike when I first got it felt a bit "rabbit in the headlight" ("wide-eyed") but these days it just feels normal. All I need to keep my torso warm for 3 out of the 4 seasons is just a tee shirt and puffer jacket; so long as it's wind-proof it does the job perfectly.

Meant to be termoscud, it's the wrap on leg cover, a must for any scooter owner in winter in my opinion :)

Thanks for clearing that up guys! ;) and All these years I thought it was thermoscud too.
Just made sense to me. Being a temperature related item, kinda like a thermometer instead of therometer?
But then...I'm not really here anywho

What type of helmet is that? I saw one ( I think ) on a youtube channel I like (called Mitch's Scooter Stuff) (check it out). I think I saw the same lid there, in white. It seems to have a full face but a huuuuge visor which must be great in the sun. (Sorry, i'm in new helmet mode and can't help myself).

Thanks for posting.

Adding the youtube channel referred to (WN ;)

Thanks for that - can't say I'd heard of them before.

I normally just wear some thermals under a wind-proof outer for lower torso.

Yep! I’m a year-round rider and especially love the termoscud when it is both cold and wet. On a short ride (< 5 miles / 8 km), I don’t even need to put on rain pants. When I put on the Termoscud lap blanket, I also put on the handlebar muffs / handgrip covers. Between the muffs, the wind deflection from the Givi adjustable screen, and my thin gloves, my hands stay happy on the normal commute. Since buying the muffs, I never use my insulated gloves.

Current ride: 2014 Forza bought new in mid-2015 with only 15K on the clock
Traded in: 2003 GL1800 with 152K and several IBA rides on the clock

nearly 3/4 million miles logged
now just commuting instead of touring
